We were very happy with the service provided by Guaranteed Chimney and the technician Ricky. We were also happy to have a referral from John at Petro. It was a good one. Rick was clear and concise and explained what he was going to do, where and how.
I felt comfortable with him in our home. He gave us an estimate on further chimney work which was also clearly written and explained. I felt he was honest, many chimney companies are not.

On March 19th 2012, you came to my home. You were referred by Petro, who maintains my heating equipment. After a normal scheduled maintenance visit, Petro’s technician noticed that my chimney cap had blown away, and that due to missing cap, water could enter the chimney, which obviously was not good for the burner, and other equipment.
Ricky, from your office, arrived promptly at my home, verified what Petro had noted, and explained what needed to be done. I was so impressed by Ricky’s polite and professional explanation of what was wrong. I authorized those necessary repairs right on the spot. The work was done promptly and neatly.
I would not only call your company again, without hesitation, but I would also refer you to any friends, neighbors, or relatives , that needed help with the areas that you specialize, such a chimney’s and masonry. I wanted to personally thank your company, as well as Ricky. People are so quick to pick up the phone (or email these days) to file a complaint, or to express dissatisfaction but when they are extremely happy, they don’t do a thing. I think if you are able to spend the time to complain, you should be willing to do the same when you are very satisfied.
I would appreciate if you could make sure that Ricky’s boss sees this email. I would also appreciate if you could also let Petro know how satisfied I am, and/or forward this email to them.

Thank you for the recent work your company completed on my chimney cap. You spent a good deal of time to correct a long standing smoke problem I had in my chimney fireplace. By installing a custom made chimney cap and flue system my problem has been resolved. I thank you for the professional quality work the timely manner in which it was completed and will not hesitate to refer you to friends who might need your services.

I am writing this letter to you, today, 4/12/13, to say thank you for the exceptional work that was done by Mike, to replace a chimney liner that was needed. I am very happy to say, that Mike was on time for my appointment today. I received a friendly and courteous response from him. Mike explained everything that was done and cleaned up very good.

On Saturday, 1/14/12, two of your employees, Eric & Ricky, came to my house to sweep the chimney and do a repair to the same. Both of these men were courteous and knowledgeable and very neat. They performed the job to my satisfaction and answered any question that I had and I felt very comfortable with them. I did not feel as though I had to be “on guard” as with some other people that have come into my house. I want you to know that because of my recent dealing with Guaranteed Chimney (putting the customer first making things right) and then sending me two their finest workers.
I would not have a problem telling a friend to use your company. I am glad that I used your company for this service. I have no regrets!! Eric & Ricky were “the icing on the cake” that helps to make a great company! Thank you again for all you did. It was a good experience for me!! Upon your recommendation I recently had my oil burner chimney repaired/replaced by Guaranteed Chimney. They increased the size of the flue to seven inches from four inches. The negative draft is now five.
This company was very professional and reasonable in their pricing. I highly recommended them.
